CASE 1

POLE PHYSICS

A range of natural, non-slip Body Lotions designed specifically for Pole Dancers, not only enabling them to stay moisturised  when they pole, but also improving their grip. Launched in 2012, Sydney.

WHAT WE DID

When we first began working with Pole Physics their goals were to gain brand exposure which would lead to more sales. My strategy was carefully executed to include a rise in UGC content, product education and branding that set them as industry leaders. We were able to establish an Ambassador and Affiliate program using MightyScout, Grin and GoAffPro. 

We posted predominately on Instagram, utilising the fact that video content became King during our time working together, and progressing over onto TikTok.

THE RESULTS

Pole Physics' Instagram account grew from 2k to over 9.1k, and strong relationships with competitive and well known pole dancers blossomed. The TikTok account grew from 0 to 20.6k. Pole Physics is very much on the pole dance industries map, and the growth isn't slowing down. The brand is recognisable, the owner has been able to commit to other projects with confidence that Pole Physics Socials are being nurtured.

CASE 2

GIGI & ALBA

A premium dog brand selling Dog Water Bottles. Launched in December 2021, Melbourne.

We created the branding from scratch including the website, logo, photography and everything in between. We created email funnels and promotional calendars which saw them sell out during Pre Orders. Being a small and new brand, our biggest goal was to get as much seasonal exposure as possible. We launched on Boxing Day 2021 during a heat wave (when the products likely to be used). We also did a local campaign with free delivery where the owners met the customers and their dogs. 

We strategically ran Meta ads and incentivised UGC on Instagram and Facebook.

WHAT WE DID

The results saw the business break even within 4 months, with sales steadily increasing through summer predominantly from Meta Ads and Dog Influencers. 

Whilst the brand is on a small hiatus right now, we are excited to get back into Summer strategies soon.

CASE 3

ENVIRO GRIP

& ENVIRO CO

Two brands by Kristy Sellars, winner of Australia's Got Talent 2018 and runner up of America's Got Talent 2022.

"Sophie has worked on my socials for about 15 months covering planning, scheduling, product photography, responses and video editing.
She has done an incredible job levelling up the aesthetic of the Instagram feeds and is particularly talented with creating designs that cover the info we are trying to get across, but in a way that doesn't feel crowded or too much to look at.


Her options range depending on what you need done and how often you want posts going up. But the biggest thing for me was not having to worry about if we were present on socials. It gave me back time to put my energy into growing the business in other ways which was invaluable especially over this last year.

If planning your socials or having to come up with ideas to post, or editing graphics or video are stressing you out, Sophie is a one-stop shop really. She also uses Trello for communications which is very helpful to see an overview of everything to do with your socials.

CASE 4

NATURE'S PANTRY SUPPLIES

This was a project I worked on as a white-label collab with a great Melbourne Agency, WCM Digital.

I was contracted to manage Meta Ads for this business through an agency. I also created content for the ads, including photography, video and Ad creative.

I used a funnel system to create ads, the company already had a good amount of data so we knew who was predominantly purchasing their product, but we wanted to expand to a younger audience, hence the new content being needed.

I also created ads using the Advantage + Shopping campaign, which saw some great results after a few weeks.

WHAT WE DID

The new content was a hit, and became one of the best performing ads across all campaigns. We reached the younger audiences and began seeing a steady stream of purchases from them, with ROAS of 5-8x. 

From there we scaled the spend between our audiences.
